At The BONDed Wick, each candle is hand-poured in small batches in Vermont with care.

Order Processing
Orders typically ship within 2–12 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently ship within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your candle arrives damaged, email thebondedwick@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and photos. We’ll provide a replacement or store credit.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please contact your carrier if your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing.
